Carin Health ("we", "us") operates an internal business tool that connects to the Instagram Graph API to manage direct message conversations for our coaching business. This tool is not publicly distributed and is used solely by the business owner.
Through the Instagram Graph API, we access our own business account's direct message conversations, follower counts, and media post metrics. This data is stored locally on the business owner's device and is not shared with any third parties.
All data is stored in a local SQLite database on the business owner's personal computer. No data is transmitted to external servers or cloud services.
Data is retained locally for as long as needed for business operations. The business owner can delete all data at any time through the application.
We use the Meta/Instagram Graph API to access our own business account data. No other third-party services receive or process user data.
