How to Request Data Deletion

Carin Health uses an internal business tool that accesses Instagram conversation data through the Meta Graph API. All data is stored locally on the business owner's device and is not shared with third parties.

To request deletion of your data:

1. Contact us via Instagram DM at @carinhealth
2. Include "Data Deletion Request" in your message
3. We will delete all locally stored data associated with your account within 30 days and confirm once complete

What Data Is Stored

Our internal tool may store your Instagram username, display name, and message history from direct message conversations with our business account. This data is kept in a local database on the business owner's personal computer only.

What Happens After a Request

Upon receiving your request, we will manually remove all data associated with your Instagram account from our local database, including your username, display name, conversation history, and any pipeline records. We will confirm deletion via Instagram DM once complete.
